KM.1 Mediterranean Premium White Rum

Small batches of rum from Guatemala, the world's most prized sugarcane-producing region, are produced in Mallorca using an activated carbon filtration system made with Mallorcan almonds.

We obtain a transparent, crystalline white rum with a very accomplished flavor, with vegetal notes that remind us of the taste of "guarapo," the juice obtained directly from sugarcane.

Excellent balance and aroma on the palate, ideal for use in classic cocktails such as Cuba Libre, Mojito, flavored Daiquiris, Piña Colada, and very versatile for creating fun new flavor combinations.
