Absinthe 80 Red

Absinthe, also known as wormwood, is a spirit with a high alcohol content of 80%, with a light anise flavor and a bitter aftertaste from the maceration of the herbs with which it is made, mainly Artemisia abinthium.

The Red version complements a range of colors to make it more fun to consume.

Absinthe is drunk served in a glass, with one part liquor and two to four parts cold water, which is poured into the glass through a perforated spoon on which rests a sugar cube, so that the sugar dissolves as the water is passed through.
